Domino's Pizza - Hialeah

I was surprised from the quality this store had. When I came into the store I felt like royalty! Instantly a kind man came to me and took my order. I was satisfied with the customer service but my order came out perfect. I ordered a cheese pizza with anchovies and black olives with a cheesy bread on the side and man was it delicious! The crust was golden and the cheesy bread was to die for. Domino's by far is the best Domino's I've been too. I'll be back again soon!

Additionally, I had a frustrating interaction with a woman at the restaurant, who may have been the manager. She was quite rude when I spoke to her over the phone. They didn’t have the salad included in my voucher, and instead of informing me in advance, they wanted to charge me the full price since they couldn’t fulfill the voucher. I was only made aware of this after the delivery driver had left. When they called back about the missing salad (despite the tracker showing that my food was delivered), I asked if they could honor the original price with the coupon, and she initially agreed. However, she later called back to insist that I owed them money. When I tried to clarify that she hadn’t mentioned this before and expressed my concerns about the poor quality of the service and food, she started yelling at me in Spanish, as she didn’t speak English, claiming I wasn’t paying attention to what she said. What kind of customer service is that? I couldn’t even get her name because she hung up on me while I was still talking. They seem more focused on saving money than on providing quality food and service here.

I placed an order yesterday at 9:20 a.m., and it never arrived. I waited an hour trying to reach them by phone, but I could never get through; all I heard were their recordings telling me to order online. I had already placed my order and paid online. I will be going in person tomorrow morning to resolve this. This situation is unacceptable and unbelievable. I am requesting a refund and I will not be ordering from them again. I also recommend that others avoid ordering from them unless they want to be left waiting.

I haven't eaten anything today, but I've already enjoyed a meal. I love it! The beautifully roasted slices and the lime were very, very good!
