Prices are not listed in the menu display to the public. To me that is unacceptable

The food is good but the service is the worst service i've ever experienced. They rarely answer the phone, if they do, they tell you to hold on and put the phone on the counter. You spend the next 20 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone but they never do. I was waiting and listening to everyone's conversation and nobody had the common curtesy to pick up the phone for me to place a catering order. Every time i try to order from this place it's a mess. Poor management and they don't know how to run a business. They know how to cook food but they have no idea what to do after that. Very disorganized and very poorly managed. Lack of consideration for other peoples time.

Very poor customer service I order a complete thanksgiving dinner and when I got home found it was the wrong meat too late to go back so I returned the next day with the receipt and they just basically told me that it was my fault and not theirs. Needless to say I’m not going back ever.

I ordered arroz con pollo with maduros for 30 people and it was excellent.
