Dunkin' - Hialeah

The service was incredibly slow, and there was no social distancing. I had to wait in line for over 25 minutes just to place my order.

The service was terrible, and the muffin was disgusting. There were only a few edible bits in the whole muffin.

I'm not a fan of this location. Although my wife and I enjoy the franchise, this particular branch is not very accommodating to English speakers. I ordered a macchiato, and it took them several tries to get it right. They even blamed us for the misunderstanding. However, we did eventually receive our order.

Very friendly staff had everything I wanted including that awesome VEGAN sausage muffin sandwich yum.

LOVED them ..... cool vibe I got to get work done there while sipping on coffee real good until ! They gave me my bagel SO STALE MAN! Chewy!!!!! And when I told the girl about it she was more concerned about the fact that I had already ate half of it which I only did a half because I did not wanna bother them you know but I was literally struggling with each bite trying to chew each piece off it was really bad and I told her well can you at least heat of this her and she heated it up but it was like I was bothering her or something.... I ended up eating the whole thing but I felt sick for the rest of the night... it might be a mind over matter thing but it definitely was eating my head up knowing that that bagel is probably really old or something because of how chewy was.
