I ordered food through Uber, but the driver forgot one of my items – my donuts. When I called the restaurant to check on my order, the employee I spoke with was quite rude and unhelpful. Fortunately, Amalia, a different staff member, called me back and ensured that I received my donuts. She was fantastic! Thank you so much for your outstanding service and for genuinely caring about your customers. I also want to thank Dayran for delivering the donuts personally. As someone who works in customer service, I truly appreciate you all going above and beyond to assist me.
Nice location. It gets crowded during the day. They have limited seating are which is most of the time enough.
Absolutely great customer service! The staff here are incredibly friendly. My business is just a few blocks away, and they always do an outstanding job. Excellent work and fantastic service!
This store has existed there for more than 40 years. Minimal changes in style and decor. Limited parking. I went at 500am and there was only one employee taking care of the walk-ins and internet orders. Poor guy was going crazy, doing everything byhimself. I ordered egg sandwich and was surprised that the egg round was frozen pre-made. Even McDonald's uses real eggs. Ofcourse there was a line waiting to place orders but the single employee did his best to keep up with the crowd. It wasdisappointing to have to wait so early in the morning (5am), after all the Dunking Donuts commercials seem to give fast service.When short on staffing, the store owner should come and work.
