This place is terrible, we did the order thoroughly the app as they said and pick up inside and the manager closed the door on us if the store does not close until 10:30 on a Friday!!! He didn't give us the food we paid, nor did he talk to us that they were closed when they were?t!!! I want my refund and hopefully Corporate sees this garbage from Franchise they have here.. terrible and rude customer service especially for a manager.
I've been coming to this KFC for almost 20 years and the food was always great. I write today because I made an online order, there were 20 car lines on the drive thru, and the lobby was closed at 8 a.m. If it's after 9 I?d understand, but that was too early to have the lobby closed for picking orders, and I didn't want to wait 45 minutes to pick up my online order in the drive thru after it was finished. Thanks to KFC companies for refunding my order and now that Franchise lost an order for not a little healthy sense for prepaid online orders. I'm sorry, but 8:00 is not so late that the lobby is open to people, pick up and go with fresh food. Enjoy my canceled order.
Food was very cold and not fresh I was not happy I pray that it will be better in the future
Garden site Takes way to long chickens tasty and they forget your sides
Second time I go and come home without the cookies or the gravy that comes with mashed potatoes, last night I went third time, they did not have original chicken they were frying I had to wait in car for 10 minutes, then they come and tell me they were out of Mac and cheese it would take another 15 minutes. They should of said that when I made order. I cancelled and left. Things like this can be avoided.
