Marco's Pizza - Hialeah

I ordered pizza online at 7:30pm arrived to pick it up at 8pm. when I announced myself to the cashier he said that he couldn't find an order for me..... he found the tix but my pizza bowl was never done! I had to wait 20 more mins for my Pizza Bowl to be prepared cooked ‍

Normal to have problems with orders. (Wrong toppings, wrong size, wrong orders). Last vist there was one kid working the back and taking orders (Tuesday at 6pm).

I ordered the pizza at 09:08 pm and the cashier told me 15 minutes the Pizza was ready at 10:03

Ever since Marcos Pizza established a restaurant in my area I haven’t ordered from any other place (Dominos, Papa Johns, Pizza Hut). The Pizza always taste and looks fresh, their Jalapeño Ranch is the best pizza dipping sauce! The Old World pepperoni is a staple for me considering other places don’t have it!Parking: I ordered for delivery but I know the location and can say there is a lot of parking.

My family and I have Marcos almost every Friday night for pizza night. Unfortunately tonight I had 2 pieces of glass in my piece. Thank god it was me and not my 3 year old. It's very unfortunate and this could of been a lot more serious if I would have swallowed it. Staff needs to be way more careful. Won't be eating here again as I have lost all trust.
