Mcdonald's - Hialeah

No stars would be better. Worst McDonald's. Food is consistently cold and not fresh. Fries are cold and raw. Service is horrible. Asked for chicken nuggets get no sauce and when you ask upon checking bags they tell you they are restocking now. Non available. Had to go to Sedanos to get ketchup. Won't be back.

I am super dissapointed. My meal was incomplete. I know it was McDonalds not the Door Dash. The bag has 3 stickers that kept it close. It is very sad thay they are so careless. People are paying money for the food and they want it. Doing this is horrible for customers. We can't even talk to anyone to give us the food we paid for. TOO BAD I HAD TO PUT 1 STAR TO BE ABLE TO RATE

OMG No stars is more like it. I told my parents that I was taking dinner tonight.... BIG MISTAKE .. I bought 4 -10 pieces nuggets combo or 4# 6 not even one was edible and not even 1 sauce....fries were cold and stale....needless to say we ate sandwiches home... Trust me when I tell you, do not waste your time or hard earned money. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!

Line gets pretty long in the drive through at around 9 to 10pm. Apparently it's short staffed at that time. It was around 30 minutes of wait time and no way to back out because its a drive through.

Worst mcds in the planet the manager Barbra is a mean hispanic lady who cussed me out when I called to let them know they never gave me my 10 pc nuggets. They literally gave me a bag empty with just fries. Manager cursed me out on the phone because she said Theres nothing she can do about it. This place needs a whole new crew.
