Mcdonald's - Hialeah

This is a McDonald's. While it may not offer the best fast food experience out there, it does meet your expectations if they're realistic. And let’s not forget the street art!

Customer service is horrible, food was cold, employees handing food without gloves long fingernail polish, wearing jewelry, a food employee may not wear fingernail polish or artificial fingernails when working with exposed food. I approached to themanager to rise my concern (has a scar in his face) he said is ok to handle food in this condition I told him that's not true.In this place is a lot health code violations. Section 2-302.11 of the FDA Food Code guidelines states that fingernail polishis not allowed when working with exposed food. It also states that all food handlers must keep fingernails clean, neatlytrimmed, filed, and maintained. I just want to said even the manager doesn't know what he's doing. I'll will call the health andagriculture department to report this place. This situation happened today 11/05/22 around 7pm to 7:30pm

I ordered twice in person since there was no kiosk available, but my order was still misinterpreted. I was then told that the items I requested were unavailable. I wish I had been informed about this beforehand.

*Update: I'm revising my review based on the quick improvements this McDonald's made after my initial feedback. Thank you for keeping everything clean and for having such a friendly staff!

I really enjoy their 10-piece nuggets for $3.49. I've never had any serious issues with them. This McDonald's location seems to be well-managed.
