Contribuisci feedbackI haven't visited for years because of my last experience. My Hubby wanted to try again, so we went. First my lemonade, which cost 3.99, was terrible. It tasted from a cardboard box. I ordered spaghetti with olive oil and garlic and garlic came from a glass, not fresh garlic. The chicken was terrible. I can't even describe the taste (it was so strange) It tasted like it was in a freezer for years (it was not fresh). It had a funny, rubber-like texture. I didn't eat anything.
Parking is terrible! 6 empty to walk parking and 3 10 min parking 4 handicap parking space. At the end no parking for regular customers! I can go with my old grandparent who couldn't go, and I have to park the whole way at the end of the game. This is quite far to the diver 3 min to the parking lot. That's really bad!
So I waited a week to publish this review so I was sure my feedback was productive. We often visited this place, and the last few times were not what we expected. We go further back because we find that sometimes a bad experience the exception is not the norm. At the latest, however, it is the standard at this point. Waiting is not bad at all. Our latest server was very nice and I know she did the best she could. The restaurant had just opened and unfortunately the staff coordinator only terminates 2 servers when the restaurant opens first. BIG mistakes! Our server had so many tables that our service was influenced and not in a good way. A few sat at the table next to us and asked to move to another table, so we were removed a little better. But this movement did not cause the couple to be waited for over 20 minutes! Not even water was brought to them. The server during our previous experience was not so busy and the service was even worse. We had to ask for drinking stuff and it was just not good. Food has been another problem lately. The bread sticks are very dry. One of us ordered our own pasta with Italian sausage. That's the same thing my most important one has always ordered. Without saying, if you have joined the sausages, they have not yet compared how they were in the past. I think it will be a long time, if ever before we try to eat again at Olive Garden.
At first they took a little long to get help, but everything else was fine. My server was Rey very recommended to get it as a server! Very nice and sweet. Very impressed by his customer service, for the first time I see that a server is so beautiful and sweet with children. In any case, comeback will ask for him!
The stench that you have in general at the restaurant is terrible but worse as you walk towards the rest room like dry urine. These rugs need to be ripped off and discarded! I washed my hands even before sitting at my table. As I waited for a stall, one of the staff members walked right out the restroom without washing her hands. Big smile tho-. We ordered a $30 dollar bottle of wine that had a taste as if it?s been sitting there for a while. My husband ordered a 6oz stake medium rare. The thing looked like an over cooked shoe with absolutely no taste whatsoever. I ordered a chicken breast with steamed broccoli. Most of my broccoli was served uncooked. Not to mention it took 1 hour to get our meals served. This was the most unsatisfying experience I have had in a long time. Never said anything to anyone. Simply paid our bill of $150 plus tip and simply walked out. I most certainly will not be coming back. This makes me not want to dine out and support any type of big restaurant chains. HORRIBLE
