Pizza Hut - Hialeah

This is by far the worst experience ever! Not only with food, customer service is terrible! On July 29, 2020, I was wasting $62.06 on uncooked pizza, wings missing and the bread sticks should be cheese sticks that were super hard. The reason I say that the bread does not have enough cheese! Not to mention as soon as I got my order I tried to contact them without success! You get a call center that there is a person under the name of Melissa, who I got three times in a row and hanged it on me while she laughed about it! I was kept for 3 different trying to get the store, I waited for a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes! No call yet! I know messing up restaurants, but the reason I'll never buy here is because of customer service! I used to work as a layer manager for Pizza Hut in Fact when I think Jackie or Jessica was the manager in 2007. I have never experienced such a bad customer service and I despise Wal-Mart Call Center, but you Pizz Hut have woken the prize for Worst Customer Service for 2020! Covid-19 has nothing to do with your bad customer service I was forever because your customer service transfer to business must be repaired!

The place offers a wide range of delicious dishes. I like eating here. Staff are always very friendly, prices are comfortable and the place is always neat.

The worst place workers do not wear a mask kurbside does not exist also they do on the site and before me they will hang up in customers like they hang me smh

The pizza was sent completely raw. I called two kisses and they didn't give me a solution that I had to go personally so that they could return the money for the order and still they didn't want to return what I paid as a tip.

I was placed on hold three different times and ended up waiting a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes! To this day, I still haven't received a call back. I understand that mistakes happen in restaurants, but the reason I'll never order from here again is because of the customer service! I used to be a shift manager at Pizza Hut and even briefly worked at this location back in 2007 when Jackie or Jessica was the manager. I've never experienced such poor customer service anywhere else, and while I despise the Wal-Mart call center, you, Pizza Hut, have officially won the title for the Worst Customer Service of 2020! The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic is no excuse for your inadequacies; the issue of your customer service transferring to the store needs urgent attention!
