Pretzel Twister - Hialeah

Great staff the sampler was nice and actually convinced me to buy (and im a hard sell) the food was good and the drinks where nice would eat here again 5 stars

Thee most delicious pretzels I’ve had by far. I tried the salty pretzel with caramel.. omg!!!

I’m giving this restaurant a five-star rating, but I want to mention a couple of things. They removed my favorite dish, which has powdered sugar, and I can't have raisins because of an allergy. Also, for those who enjoy jalapeños, be prepared for a challenge. Overall, a great experience nonetheless!

I absolutely love the pretzels here! You can't go wrong with the almond and caramel options. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. A young lady named Katrina, if I remember correctly, took care of us and she was exceptionally friendly. She went out of her way, always smiling, to ensure my son was happy with his pretzels. Thank you so much for the fantastic service!

The food was fantastic, the service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly. A visit here is a must if you're going to the mall! I absolutely love the almond caramel pretzels—they're so addictive! I would definitely give it a 10/10 and highly recommend it.
