I like Burger King's iced tea, but when I tried to order it, I was informed that they didn't have any. I decided to wait for a fresh batch, but even after receiving my meal, the iced tea was still not available. When I inquired again, I was told they didn't know how to make it. I suggested it was the same process as making coffee, but was informed they were missing a part to prepare the tea. The manager also mentioned they were unable to fix another issue with the FANTA nozzle. Despite being charged for the iced tea, I was ultimately offered a refund after being given conflicting information from the manager. The restaurant was also poorly maintained, with sticky tables, chairs, and floors, and the staff appeared disorganized and unprofessional. Overall, I would recommend finding another location that can provide what you order without any excuses.
Whenever I visit the restaurant at Robert's and 95th, it always takes a long time (I waited at the window for 11 minutes before anyone even took my money or acknowledged me), and they made my order incorrectly again!!
