Kfc - Hickory

I only have one complaint: when I got home, I found that I didn't recognize my two large drinks. I tried calling them three times, spaced out over half an hour, but no one answered. It seems that I might have to go back there or just write off that $5.

The drive-thru experience was ridiculous, taking over 30 minutes. The restaurant should at least have an open front, as it would be better situated behind the drive-thru down the road. It's not convenient for dining in.

The drive-thru was extremely secure again, which was frustrating for us outside, but it ensured her safety inside. Everyone was nice.

I didn't know there was only 1 kfc in hickory, nc. it took me to find it. the personal was very friendly with fast service. the food was delicious. I wish there were more standings!

I ordered my food online an hour and a half before I picked it up. Had to wait over 30 minutes just to get it. I understand they are short staffed but people walking outside to take breaks when the line line is wrapped around the building is ridiculous and they closed in an hour.
