Mama Venezia Pizza - Hicksville

Amazing; thank goodness for this convenient spot next to Holy Family Parish. The food is tasty, the prices are reasonable, and the staff is incredibly friendly.

I ordered a Sicilian slice of pizza and began to eat it, but only took two bites before throwing it away. The cheese and bread were mushy and had a strong odor resembling sweaty feet. When I informed the man behind the counter about the bad cheese, I did so just to give him a heads up, not for a refund. The experience was so unpleasant that I just wanted it to be over. I was taken aback by the slight attitude I received from the man behind the counter. If I were in his shoes, I would have taken the constructive criticism and thanked the customer.

This restaurant is perfect for catering needs. It's a hidden gem that I have used twice for catering services. I am very happy with their exceptional customer service. The food is delicious. Today, I needed an extra full tray of food for an event and after calling them, they delivered it promptly. I highly recommend this place for their organized and professional service. I will definitely continue to use them for catering in the future. Thank you for everything!

Usually pretty good, but not this time. Meatballs and sauce had almost no seasoning. Calamari sauce was good, but the Calamari itself was like eating dried rubber bands. Very disappointed.

Extremely rude staff, they do not know how to follow instructions. I ordered food from here with a specific delivery time to open my fast in Ramadan, they ignored the request and delivered it an hour before. Now I have cold, subpar pizza. No resolution from the restaurant.
