Panera Bread - Hicksville

I recently ordered from here for the first time in a month, and it was a disappointing experience. My order was missing the bread, and the bacon was absent from my bacon turkey bravo sandwich. What are we paying $25 for? A tiny portion of soup that seems like it came from a homeless shelter and some cheap chips? It feels like a rip-off. Instead of just handing over a bag, they should be upfront about not having items available. This experience was unacceptable.

This is your typical Panera Bread location, accessible from inside the mall. I'm not a fan of the layout, as it feels long and narrow. I prefer sitting in the front or outside where there's more space. I do think the food here is better than at most other Panera locations in the area. Unfortunately, like many Paneras these days, they only have one person at the counter, which can result in long wait times to place an order.

The food was excellent and well-presented. Our order came out quite quickly, but the tables were not clean after each guest. I had to check several tables to find one that was somewhat clean. They need to pay more attention to this issue; other than that, everything was great.

I know they are very busy. But they often make mistakes. Didn't put in utensil or side menu. I ordered three salads, but when I came home, there was not a single dressing. Another day, there was chicken salad without chicken. Before you pick up, make sureeverything is perfect.

Would give zero stars if possible. Found a bug in my soup in 30 degree weather so climate isn't an issue. Disgusting hygienic practices. Will be taking it up with corporate.
