Sān Pǔ Wū - Higashimatsushima

When it comes to Ishinomaki yakisoba, this is the place to go. No matter how many times I come, I always end up ordering the yakisoba. Some people may find it greasy, but the noodles and vegetables, properly fried with oil, are very flavorful and appetizing. It always seems busy here.

I went to eat Ishinomaki-style yakisoba. It was early afternoon so it was quite crowded, but we were seated without much of a wait. I ordered yakisoba with a sunny-side-up egg on top. It was delicious but a bit small in portion. Next time, I will order a larger size with two eggs.

This was my first time getting takeout from this restaurant. I got the small size yakisoba with cheese and ham cutlet topping. It was delicious and reliable as always. I always intend to try something different, but end up getting the classic yakisoba for some reason. Well, last time I tried to go, they were closed so this was my chance for redemption. Next time, I will definitely try something else. Thank you for the meal.

2021年12月5日　昼 「みそラーメン」（￥880、大盛￥100） 国道45号線沿い。 石巻焼きそばを宣伝するチョーさん（読売巨人終身名誉監督）の看板が印象的な店。 ラーメンもおいしい。 炒め野菜がのった味噌ラーメン。 野菜の旨味と油が染みた味噌スープは、味まろやか。 スープとよく絡む、縮れた細麺を頬張りモシャモシャ。 ーーーーーーーーーー 2022年4月23日 「五目中華」（￥880、大盛￥110） トッピングは、チャーシュー、ハム、かまぼこ、なると、茹で玉子、白菜、ニンジン、三つ葉、椎茸、キクラゲ。 真ん中にネギとグリーンピースがのっていた。 グリーンピースは、ラーメンのトッピングとしては珍しい。 五目中華らしく、具沢山で賑やか。 スープは塩味だが、普通の塩ラーメンとは少し違っていた。 淡い黄金色。 柔らかい旨味と、舌の奥で感じるピリッとした辛みがあった。 この店には「カレーラーメン」がある。 辛味の正体はカレーかもしれない。 麺は熟成タイプの縮れた細麺。 茹で加減はやや硬め。
