The Hope Chest Deli - High Peak

Stopped by as they was closing today and they went out of their way to serve me a chilli ciabatta and I felt compelled to leave a positive review, it was amazing. Will definitely be revisiting soon!!

I was instructed to wear a mask by a woman who was not wearing one herself (even though she was preparing sandwiches for customers). In fact, none of the staff in the restaurant were wearing masks properly - some didn't wear one at all, while others had it hanging below their chin. Despite this, they criticized the mask I was wearing for not covering my face adequately.

We decided to buy some food rather than venture out after a long day walking. Plenty of choice of sandwich filling, cakes and pies. Staff extremely friendly. Will definitely use again when in the area.

We bought cakes from here and both were dry and bland and as they were so dry we were unable to eat them so really not happy

Great little deli in the middle of hope. Serving freshly baked loafs of bread rolls. Our sandwiches and salads were great both packed with filling. Good variety of fillings on offer at good prices. Much required food for 9 Mile hike.
