The Hunters Inn - High Peak

This restaurant is a wonderful spot for a relaxing drink, especially after exploring the nearby area. Although they don't serve food regularly, their special food nights are fantastic and definitely worth a try.

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly welcoming and friendly. We chose to use this as a meeting spot for our Duke of Edinburgh expedition and they were extremely helpful to both our students and parents. They make you feel like part of the family! The front of the restaurant offers stunning views and they have a variety of beers to choose from.

This charming pub on the Glossop to Marple road, under new ownership, has been transformed into a cozy spot to enjoy a meal. We visited on Greek night and the food was delicious. However, paying more attention to details, such as using real cutlery and plates instead of disposable ones, would greatly enhance the experience. Rather than using standard takeaway boxes, investing in a trendy food truck like some street food vendors do could be a more appealing option for serving Greek cuisine. Despite these minor issues, we would still return for another themed night and frequent the pub for drinks.

Beautiful on a sunny day to sit outside and admire the view, the drinks are good value, personal very beautiful.
