Chipotle Mexican Grill - High Point

This is one of the best Chipotle locations! The service is always excellent, and the manager, Alex, is fantastic—always attentive and friendly. He consistently goes above and beyond in his role. The atmosphere is great, too! This place will definitely remain a favorite for me!

The food was, as always, quite delicious, with plenty of great options to choose from. However, I wasn't a fan of how the unsealed plastic bag was left outside where anyone could tamper with it—that seemed a bit unappealing. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.

I ordered through DoorDash and got two burritos. One of them was cold, and the other one had missing or incorrect ingredients. I'm really concerned—do they not keep the food warm? Are they trying to make me get sick?

Very disappointing. I came in and got a whole meal with chips that were stale and when I went back to get fresh chips, I was told that in the round nothing they could do, although I had just come in. easy problem fast solution, but there was no result.

This place constantly just makes up closing times on a given day to close early as if we are still in the pandemic. Very unprofessional. They stole my money and had to contact customer service and desk with a total jerk.
