Domino's Pizza - High Point

The pizza here is above average. It’s consistently good, which sets it apart. The prices are reasonable, and there’s a great variety of options to choose from.

I just ordered online. I didn’t know customers are now charged an extra $4.99 as delivery fee for any order. The driver does NOT receive any of this fee. We customers still have to pay an additional tip. Has anyone else experienced this? Doesn’t seem fair since we like to always tip the driver.

The food was good, and the service was decent. However, I would recommend that the staff focus on working instead of hiding out in the walk-in, especially when there are pizzas piling up because no one is around to take them out. It felt like I was watching a reality show from MTV. Get to work, put in some effort, and please get me my pizza! Normally, my tracker shows that my order goes into the oven and is ready in under fifteen minutes, but it took twenty minutes just to get it in the oven. [They weren't busy at all.]

I've been ordering from this restaurant for several years, and I've mostly had positive experiences. While there could be a bit more consistency, it's always been a pleasure to place an order here.

Will never order delivery or take-out from them again.... Ordered 2 large pizza's with Buffalo wings, received one medium and one small, both pizza's including the wings weren't fully cooked, tried calling them but a live person never answered the ph, instead it was a run around with their automated system. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THEM!
