Mcdonald's - High Point

My iced caramel coffee was delicious. However the cinnamon on the cinnamon melt label was misspelled. But accidents happen. However, the shake machine was down, which it is a normal thing for any McDonald's not just this one.

Stopped here Sunday about 11:30 AM, on my way home from vacation, went into the restroom, real masterpiece. Clean your nasty restrooms!

This McDonald’s has the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life ordered a double quarter pounder meal and was asked to wait in a specific spot only to sit there for almost 20 minutes to no one bringing me any food and to have me walk in and have to wait for them to make my food and have to listen to the employees bickering with each other and for them to finally bring my food out toss it on the counter and walk off I’ll never eat here again service is horrible you don’t deserve any stars. A real embarrassment to McDonald’s

I have had problems here before uncooked burgers, large fry’s half filled, no kids toy or drinks in the meal. Today really got me ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and got Southern style Mc chicken biscuit meat. So it’s way smaller doesn’t fit the bun. I hope they can get their stuff together but won’t be going back I don’t care if I have to drive a little further.

Very slow. This was a pit stop for us as we traveled. It was so slow. (Understaffed? Like everywhere? They have no self-service for soda, so you have to wait at the counter. There wasn't really much action in the drive through, and not many people in the dining room (other than a couple employees presumably on their break ... So I'm not really sure why it was so slow.
