Starbucks - High Point

The only thing worse than bad coffee is paying $5 for a drink and then having the barista at the Hwy 68 location mess up my order. How hard is it to make a venti iced coffee with almond milk and cinnamon on top? And then the cashier at the drive-thru insists that the cinnamon is actually there? It’s clearly missing, yet they first claim the barista said he put it on, and then when I pressed the issue, they claimed to have seen him do it—when there's no cinnamon at all! On my last visit, the coffee wasn't even mixed; all the coffee was at the bottom, and the cream was just sitting on top. It's pretty tricky to mix your coffee while driving, especially when you’re going through the drive-thru!

I went through the drive-thru without any problems. The staff was friendly, as usual, and everything was great. They made my coffee perfectly, provided excellent customer service, and my order was accurate and tasty. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5 out of 5!

Like McDonalds, it is a Starbucks. You know exactly what you will get in the end of the day! Parking: 6 table inside the store and around 10 tables outside.
