Ordered inside on their order screens and got my order pretty quickly and everything was in the bag very kind employer's ad well
I place in order online with door dash a little after 11pm. I order the deluxe craving box. But when I got my order my drink was missing dasher had to go back to get it. They put the wrong item I ordered in my bag nacho chips and cheese dip. I ordered the nacho fries with chipotle sauce. When people place orders, please don't make dicisions giving them what you prefer to have cause you in a hurry or bad mood. It's like they paying for your order. Managers need to check they employees to make sure they preparing the orders right before it's sent out to the customers on your post tablet. The order states what is what and you still didn't comprehend to fixing it right. Treat people food the way you want yours. If you out of items have the dasher or the manager call as well to ask if they want something else to place to what you don't have available. Don't just give them what you prefer not a good choice to make when you not paying for the order.
The food I ordered was good but I did have to wait awhile for it. One employee was on front line who was off the clock had to make my food for me and three other customers waiting with me. And while he was going back and forth making our food he was talking loud and using profanity to another worker. I appreciate him stepping up and helping out but atmosphere was not family friendly.
Took a bite out of my Mexican pizza and this was in it. Won’t be going there ever again. Smh.
