Texas Roadhouse - High Point

We love Texas Roadhouse. The wait staff are always AMAZING and the food is great. Been here multiple times and always impeccable service from the waiters and waitresses. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the front desk hostess staff can be kinda rude. Had an issue today with the hostess but the manager handled it beautifully and made our birthday lunch celebration great!

Although I'm a team outback, I really enjoyed my visit to Texas Roadhouse. When I went to the restaurant, the first to greet me was the host. The host brought me to my table. My waitress (Kaitlyn) was a southern heart. She greeted me with her sweet south long. I had the 23oz Porterhouse Steak with my two side was a house salad and spice rice. Once I have placed my order, Kaitlyn will bring my salad. Then 10-15 minutes later my middle raw steak and rice came through. Before Kaitlyn leaves, ask me to check my steak and see if it's raw in the middle of my similarity. I cut into steak and I was happy. My Porterhouse Steak was a top animal. The only thing I'm going to complain about the steak is that I couldn't finish it because it was too much of a steak. Overall, I really enjoyed my meal and the staff.

Very disappointed about the meal we have received! ordered $50 worth eating for dinner and missing the half of our order! the flesh looks as if it had been eaten and are the left over pieces of someone's teller, the ribs are burned and the BBQ sauce watered and not present! I called the restaurant 30 minutes before it closed, sat on 10 minutes and no answer! I will ask for a refund tomorrow for the food we have not received in the future and will eat elsewhere!

We were at 6:30 on Wednesday night. We waited about 30 minutes for a table for both of us. Our waitress was kind. It took for the bar drinks and my Margarita was not on the top of the glass. The salads came out with the food.

This Texas Roadhouse went on the hill for a while, the service is really bad, I was told it would be a 45 minutes waiting and I ended waiting for an hour, we asked the hostess where we were on the list, and she said we were next, but we stayed for an hour, and I wasn't even able to sit with my entire party. I ordered a steak boiled medium and it came raw, I sent it back and it was still raw, but then I didn't want it anymore. Definitely never come back.
