Contribuisci feedbackThis has to be the slowest fast food experience I've ever had at Wendy's! I waited over 20 minutes for my food. I understand that finding employees can be tough, but at this rate, they might as well close the location.
The cashier without uniform and a 2022 senior hoosier acting as she hates life. No, how are you?! She's just staring at you. 2 cooks on the back of the fight. the worst I ever was!
I ordered three of the new Italian mozzarella crispy chicken sandwiches, but the service was disappointing. The staff were slow and seemed disinterested. When I got home, I discovered that the sandwiches contained hamburger patties instead of crispy chicken breast, along with cheese. I expected them to have mozzarella cheese and marinara sauce, but they were completely wrong and tasted terrible. It was frustrating, especially since I had gone out of my way to stop at the Wendy’s on N. Main St. in High Point, NC.
This is the second time in a week that my order has been wrong. Where is the quality control at Wendy's? I also noticed that the Frosty was missing. The Double Stack had lettuce on it, which shouldn't have been there. Plus, I ended up with a single burger when I actually ordered the Double Pub.
The cook always seems to have an attitude. She gets mad at the cashier if the food is wrong. I go here often and it's always something wrong with my order, but today was especially gross. Only reason I gave 2 stars is bc the cashier is always really nice.Food: 1/5
