East Side Bistro & Pub - High Prairie

We visited this location on Saturday, August 19, 2017.

Upon further reflection I have decided that my most recent rating of Olive Garden is unfair.

Food took forever, was cold yet ate it anyway cause I was hungry, non attentive staff, and the place wasn't even busy .

Walked in about a little after 12, wasn't greeted or acknowledged. The waitress walked by us multiple times; then another girl im not sure if she was a waitress or not she was dressed in sweats and a baggy sweater gives out menus to the table beside us and walked away. so its been about 15 minutes and we finally get menus and the waitress says " I didn't even see you " I laughed and thought to myself but you walked by our table a number of times. It was about 1230 when we ordered and finally got our food 20 minutes later because we were the only ones left. The waitress had multiple dirty tables that she didn't clean and while we were paying two men came in looked for a clean table and sat only to get up and leave 5 minutes later. They were not greeted or acknowledged either.

The Eastside Bistro and Pub is now owned by a different company.It is now called The Vine Restaurant and Lounge.The last time I visited the food was OK, but there was 1 poor waiter (and probably 1 cook), to take care of the entire restaurant.Plus the cook would have had to look after any food orders from the lounge as well.Very slow service. Because they were overwhelmed in the kitchen, the food was not up to our expectations either. We have certainly had better here.
