Pasta House Co - High Ridge

We often go here and are happy with the consistent good, cleanliness and good service. (Only 1 time from many visits, but worth mentioning, check your credit entrance, or gift card (what is what we used, we added a tip, but it was changed to $5 about what we wrote on the entrance.

Our family came to celebrate my niece and my birthday. Oliva was waiting for our 15th party. We should be 20 and change one last minute. Oliva was attentive to our needs and of course our little ones. The staff was wonderful with special menus and then children's menus, while the children joined our party. We were served quickly and all meals were cooked and perfectly plated without complaints. Thank you to all those who were there 5pm 3 October for making this family meal so a wonderful celebration!!

Went in to pick up my order and received bad customer service, also had to wait extremely long time to get the order. We ordered the Wednesday lasagna pasta of the day which you would think they have plenty of made or prepped but it took a very long time for them to make it waited much longer than the pick up time that was emailed to me. And I only ordered 1 of the Wednesday pasta specials. Just extremely upset with this experience here and do not plan on coming back! Very blown away by the lack of customer service.

Amazing dinner tonight at Pasta House ! I tried the eggplant Parmesan for the first time. It was amazing ! Hubby had lasagna. Yum!! Can?t go wrong with toasted raviolis for appetizer. Thank you Lauren for great service!

Pasta House in High Ridge is the best. We live in the city and drive to High Ridge because they have consistently really good food, very short wait times and a gracious wait staff. We take full advantage of their reward program and appreciate the reasonable prices. Try it especially if you have tried other Pasta House locations and were not pleased. I think you will tell a difference here.
