Pizza Hut - High Ridge

Good pizza! It was a pick up order. They asked if I wanted to leave a tip for the cook??

Ordering was easy, delivered quickly, and tasted great. I was worried since it was a Saturday night at 5pm but no issues. Thank You!

I frequently order from Pizza Hut, and most of the time, my experience is great. However, this time, I didn't receive half of my order, and the items I did get were cold. The cheese sticks tasted freezer-burned and undercooked. I called to report the issue, and while they did credit my account, the food I received was still unappetizing, and I had to throw most of it away. The DoorDash driver who delivered my food was very nice and friendly, and one of the ladies I spoke to on the phone was pleasant. Unfortunately, the second representative I spoke with didn't seem to care; she credited my account but didn't offer an apology or anything.

The thin crust pizza is excellent. The service is quick, and the food is of great quality!

I ordered the pepperoni lovers pizza melts and was definitely disappointed. The staff was friendly, but the food didn’t meet my expectations. It didn't really resemble a pepperoni lovers pizza and had very little cheese.
