Bambi's Cafe Farm Market - High Springs

The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is delicious! I was working in High Springs for two days and had no idea there was a plant-based café. As a vegan, I had to give it a try. I ordered a slice of pizza and a brownie, and they were so tasty that I returned the next day for the same! I will definitely be back soon because I want to try everything else on the menu. I’m so glad this restaurant exists!

I absolutely love Bambi's Cafe! I would give it a 10/10 and highly recommend stopping by for a sweet treat at lunch! I tried the caramel ice cream coffee, and it was delicious—not too sweet at all!

This place is a hidden gem! I've lived in Gainesville for five years and had no idea it was here, but I'm so glad we discovered it! We enjoyed some organic coffee, vegan spanakopita, and a delicious chicken and artichoke melt. Every bite was fantastic! We will definitely be coming back!

I have heard wonderful dinge about bambi’s cafe and they were all true! finally got a chance to get for some amazing vegan foods. I have the hummus feta wrap, cashew sunflower pate sandwich and the quinoa burger. every article was from this world. the fresh brot wore the delicate aromas so well. Besides, everything is homemade, so you know that there is a lot of love that goes into eating. I am looking forward to tasting some of these homemade pasta and pizza in the future? 15/5 stars, I'm back in definitiw.

We entered right before closing and couldn't order off the menu. My son chose a pre-made hummus sandwich and I chose a Greek salad from the cold case. Both were very delicious and fresh! If we venture to High Springs again, we'll stop by.
