An Cala - Highland

Its a nice and clean cafe located close to the station having a friendly staff. We had a hot soup and nice coffee.

Wanted a wee snack as I had a long train journey and went to An Cala. Had the Prawns which were very fresh with a nice pot of tea,the staff were very nice and there is a great selection of cakes and sandwiches and ice cream, worth a visit

We happened on this little cafe as it was the opposite direction that everyone else went in after getting off the steam train. What a find. It seemed to be mum, grandma and daughter and together they gave us a brilliant lunch. I would go back just for that Cullen Skink!

Called in for a quick cuppa. Superb range of cakes. Friendly and efficient staff. Covid secure, made me feel safe.

Had filled prawn rolls and lotus rocky road. Lovely service. Scottish bread rolls so fresh and fluffy. Prawns freshly fished even had the name of the fishing boat on the blackboard in the cafe. Absolutely delicious. Rocky road was crunchy and squidgy in all the right places! Also kindly filled my water bottle for coach journey back. Thank you, will come back every time :
