At present. £30 for a fat-filled fat calzone, chips, which wets with water and soggy. chicken pakora was interesting to say the least. un chewable and bounces back into the mouth and around it from the juice was warmer. the bag of food at the arrival chili sauce is like chopped chili in water. none of the above was eaten. nothing like the photos on the menus . I suppose we just take the loss and never back

Lorenzo’s is our favorite distance in nairn. we have been eating there for many years and we love it absolutely. their fish chips are by far the best in the city and they get a bigger part than the other places in the city. their pizzas are also great, but my fave is the chicken kebab. it is grilled and absolutely delicious. very good value for money and friendly service. 5 stars

Went to this place and found the staff very rude and the food was shocking and over priced too. We had two kebabs and chips, the meat seemed as tho it had been microwaved and placed in foil with the pita bread placed on top,...everything tasted awful!!

Very rude staff , over priced food ,quality is so bad ordered 3 kids meals a kebab and a cheeseburger and when leaving they tied the carrier bags so I didn't think to check what appalling food they gave me ! so when I got...back to my caravan with my three children one which has autism and when I opened my autistic sons kids sausage meal I was shocked at seeing which looked like cheap shop bought skinless sausages that was basically chucked in a fryer with some chips and even more shocked that they charged me a fiver for that appalling quality as I'd have been cheaper buying the sausages my self my expectations was a BATTERED sausage and my disabled son was and still is very upset he never got a meal as he refused to eat it !! it smelt rank also !! called lorenzos to complain and got very cheeky woman on the phone saying we haven't had any complaints before and that the way we cook our sausages ! asked to speak to a manager and was told oh there's no manager in tonight APPAULING CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN NEVER !!! AMD THERE KEBABS ARE NOT COOKED RIGHT EITHER !!! AND YOU YOU HAVE TO MAKE THEM YOURSELF !!

So basically i had ordered from here, the next thing i do is call them back asking what are they doing with my order she never even asked for my address anyway that was before i ordered i had called them back asking where is...my delivery and she said it's ready for collectiong, i know deep down i said i Delivery
