Food is awesome, the menu has a good mix of food advertised and as I've eaten there so many times I have tried just about everything at one time or other and i have never been disappointed. If I could recommend one plate that is my favourite, it is chicken fajitas, they are awesome (I always ask for an extra wrap as you get a lot of fajitas). Every pakte you get served tastes great, and there is plenty of food no matter what you try. Staff go over and above to ensure you have a pleasant stay and serve you quickly and ensure all isnok with you food and ask if you need anything whilst you are there. As I said previously, it's the best place to eat in Nairn.
My family and I dined at this restaurant about a month ago and were very disappointed with the service. The young waitress was not attentive and spent most of her time on her phone. However, we decided to give the restaurant another try last night, March 25th, and we are thrilled that we did. Our children enjoyed their starters and main courses, although they felt that the nachos could have had more cheese. The korma dish was delicious and the burgers were fantastic. The blonde waitress was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. She is a valuable asset to your team. The staff seemed to be having a great time working together, which was wonderful to see. Despite the restaurant being busy, the service was still exceptional. I highly recommend dining here and we will definitely be returning for a third visit after such a positive experience.
We came in to Macks mid week and we were not greeted at all, we sat down and then the waitress came over with the menus it seemed like we were a pain as she had to do some work. She was not very polite or welcoming. The food was very good as per usual. I think the waitress is in the wrong job as does not come across friendly at all. My score is for the food not the service!!
Early Dinner. Impressions are plenty of space and nice tables, a bit minimalist but not romantic with lights too bright. One waitress very pleasant, the other a bit grumpy. Asked for any whisky cocktails none, so then a draft beer? not working. Anne had a nice margarita. I plumped for a can of John smiths. Anne said the chicken fajita she had was the best ever. my Highland Burger mixed everything was good except the burger which was a bit overcooked but it seemed to me a cheap cut, possible frozen. Went to pay; asked to add a tip to the electronic bill no not possible. Funny though quite enjoyed it but management need to sort some stuff out. Prices are good.
Best fajitas ever, as good as any in California where I live. I Have eaten here a couple of times and love their steaks too . Perfectly grilled to my liking and great beef. Highly recommend
