This Dunkin' Donuts is typically one of the better ones because they usually get my coffee order right. However, today I had to wait an entire hour just for a cup of coffee—no food, just coffee. There were three employees working, but one seemed to be training the other two on how to make coffee while also trying to manage the register. The girl making the food was busy, and it was just a chaotic situation. I felt bad for them, but the wait was really disappointing.

The restaurant needs to have more staff in the morning as it tends to be slow. I ended up paying for one item but got stuck behind someone who ordered five things and ended up leaving without my order because I had to catch my ride. Mobile orders shouldn't be prioritized over customers who are physically in the store.
