Firehouse Subs Highland Heights

Good food, quick service. Friendly employees. But they always forget my extra pickle and still charge me for it :

Took advantage of the Presidents Day special. Excellent subs. Hook n' Ladder the go-to.

This was located near the campus of Northern Kentucky University. Never had Firehouse Sub. I was very pleased with my choices. 1. To eat here and 2. Having the meatball sub. Clean dining hall and bathrooms. Staff was working hard and was very friendly. The sub was delicious. I will definitely eat at another Firehouse Sub.

I stopped in to buy a large sub so I'd have enough to eat for 2 days. I has just had eye surgery. Everyone was so helpful. They even offered to help me get my Coke, in case I wasn't seeing well enough to do it myself. ? I appreciate you!

The owner of this place needs to fire the idiot who thought it was funny to act like he had an intellectual disability. I walked in there and he had a firefighter hat split in half...looked like Cartman from South Park when he played in the special Olympics. You may be big boned, sir, but you are no Eric Cartman.
