Ordered a party pack definitely didn't have 1 of the sandwiches I had ordered only reason I know that is I'm the only one who eats peppers on my sandwich but great for individual orders

The person who works there, putting in over 60 hours a week, has done me a great favor—my food was rated a perfect 5. April took it to my truck. He’s a good person and very personable. I will definitely visit again soon.

I have gone to this place day after day and the sandwiches are so delicious. One problem is that this location cannot work under pressure form a catering order. Any other time these sandwiches are the best and the team is quick and has great service. Definitely Recommend after any sports event or just as a casual meal.

The Donner party was a group of settlers crossing the country trying to get to prosperity in California. They ended up becoming trapped by the snow and had to eat many of their own members. IF JIMMY JOHNS WAS AROUND THEY WOULD ALL STILL BE ALIVE TODAY. Jimmy John's could have delivered them a few Sammies and they would have regained their strength and been able to complete the journey. The hot peppers would melt all the snow away and everyone would have survived. Four stars.

I ordered from the Highland Heights location tonight, and I will definitely be ordering again. The girl who answered the phone was incredibly sweet and very helpful. The driver who delivered my food was friendly and cheerful, making the experience even better. It felt like I had just hung up the phone with Amanda, and before I knew it, my food arrived. The service was outstanding, and my meal was perfect—everything was great down to the smallest details. I'm so tired of pizza, so this has become my new favorite spot for my family and me. Thank you again, Amanda and Nick!
