I placed an order through Grubhub and waited outside for about 20 minutes, only to find out that they close at 8 PM, even though Google and the Grubhub app both stated they were open until 9 PM. Please make sure to keep your hours up to date to avoid wasting people’s time.

This restaurant has a rough atmosphere. There is no indoor seating, and the waitstaff only pays attention to you if you ring a bell.

Waiting over 25 minutes for a burger and fries just isn’t worth it. They really need to remove the word "fast" from their sign because nothing about this place is quick.

On one visit, the cashier came out with whipped cream for my dog while we waited for our order.A standout feature of BWShakes that truly resonates with me is their commitment to crafting exceptional dishes. Try the carne asada or truffle add ons to french fries, they rock!!As someone who enjoys their food immensely, I have to say that this philosophy truly shines in my favorite item on their menu, the smash burger.
