Jimmy John's - Highland Park

Wanted a sub and forgot about Jimmy John's! I got the Bootlegger that has turkey roast beef. The veggies were fresh and crisp. Perfect amount of Mayo. Will be back

I had an terrible catering/group order experience with this store. I ordered in advance and wanted all the sandwich ingredients on the side so people could make their own sandwiches. The sandwiches came with NO Cheese, even though I ordered cheese on all, and barely any meat at all ...so just pretty much a bread and condiment sandwiches was what they delivered. I was totally embarrassed with my guests after spending over $80.00. I contacted the manager the next day....3 times and when I finally spoke with him and he said he 'd have to speak to his manager. I never heard back. THEN, I contacted corporate Jimmy Johns, who said she would have to speak with the Franchise Owner. Guess what....2 weeks went by .... AGAIN NO RESPONSE. And here 's what I asked for in compensation.... 2 free sandwiches. Not even money back. What a terrible customer experience. I will NEVER go back to this store and you should think hard before you would EVER cater a party from them! I saw other reviews and they were pretty bad as well. PASS ON THIS ONE!

Extremely quick service, and a very friendly staff. The team always gets the order made correctly and the sandwich will meet your expectations. Plenty of parking and only issue is the entry and exit for parking as you'll see people struggling to figure it out.

IMHO the tastiest bread of any of the various hero sandwich chains.

This place has no delivery! Ok so no big deal, it's the covid era. So, I volunteered to pick up an order for colleagues. I passed on getting anything for myself because their food is less than average in my opinion. But, this review is about the service. 7 drinks came with the order and to my surprise, I had to fill up the drinks. There were zero customers there, so I asked, why they couldn't have had the order ready for pick up since there's no dine in at the moment. Their response, we can't waste someone's time filling drinks I saw 4 employees doing nothing at all. No wonder the parkinh lot was empty. Businesses like these are ruined by lack of customer service.
