New China - Highland Park

Decent food, close to my house. Strange thing though... I ordered online, and when I went inside to pick up my food, the guy just stared at me not saying anything. So, I said my name, and he silently handed me my bag, then just stared at me as I left. I wouldn't call it rude customer service, more like the complete absence of customer service. Anyway the order was correct (except I didn't want utensils but got them anyway) and the food was hot and decent, so I will be back, prepared for a Thorazine zombie experience.

It's my first time trying it and I get cramps and diarrhea. How terrifying! Don't come back here!

First time ordering from here. Normally I never want Chinese food or crave it and the one time I do the food was completely flavorless. Orange chicken has absolutely no flavor. Dumplings were mediocre. Do not recommend

I went to pick up the food and had to ask the owner to let me use their bathroom for a moment. The cooking area and the bathroom were so dirty, no sense of cleaning. Food on pots on the floor. Horrible!!!

Absolutely bent over backwards to make sure we got our food. We accidentally ordered 30 minutes from the location and they still got it to us ?
