If I could give this a 0 stars I would! My parents just left after purchasing a birthday cake. The woman claimed my dad added a tip to the transaction when paying when he didn’t and they charged him 7 dollars. The Asian lady idk if she was the manager but she was extremely rude and the employee definitely needs better customer service training. This basking Robins is the worst by far and Will not be coming back. After years of coming to this location, it’s disappointing to see how horrible this place is. Be careful when paying! They definitely sneak in tips without you knowing and act stupid afterwards.

We came in for ice cream, my two daughters wanted a unicorn ice cream, one of them ate the others unicorn decoration. I asked the person behind the counter and they gave me one. I asked if I needed to pay for it, and they said no. This place has been a childhood ice cream parlor since I was a kid. Not this place in particular, but, the establishment. We 'll be back

Since when did they start charging extra for whipped cream on milkshakes? This is the first time I have ever been charged for that, plus I was not told that there would be an extra fee which would have allowed me to decline if I wanted to. I did not know about the additional fee until I looked at the bill. I am not sure if that is a new thing or something specific to this location but I am unimpressed... I'll stick with R Burger, their shakes come with whipped cream and are much better!

I was the only person in the place. Stood at the counter for a long time. Workers were in the back, and glanced at me. Finally after several minutes another customer came in, was greeted and welcomed, which they helped right away. Another woman came in, and one of the girls working, happily greeted her right away. Now I had been first in line, at the counter and I asked the three young workers if I was invisible. They just gave a zombie look. Youngster didn 't get it. I was not greeted and I got run around to help latecomers. She rudely declared What did you want? in a not very nice way. Instead of getting what I wanted, she yelled for someone in the back to come to the front and get it. That took a few more minutes. I realize I am old. I realize I am by myself.... a single old white man. Don 't rub it in by acting rude to people. You 're not all that, and the ice cream is way overpriced anyway. Many many one star reviews, by other 's explain the situation perfectly. I guess BR 's doesn 't read their reviews by customers because they don 't care

The workers are friendly and the place was well kept. Always a great place to stop by for a quick treat :3 This was my first time trying pistachio ice cream and it was light, sweet, and creamy while the strawberry cheesecake was sweeter and very cheesecake like!
