Jack In The Box - Highland

When I got to the window, she repeated my order back to me, and I asked to add a cheesecake while handing her my card. However, when I received my order, there was no cheesecake. She claimed I hadn't ordered one. I reminded her that I requested it as I was paying, but she insisted that I had not included it in my order. At that point, I had had enough and just drove away, clearly frustrated by her deep incompetence. I would recommend the location on Highland Ave for better service and food. I'm giving one star only because it's required!

The staff is very friendly, the environment is clean, and the food is great. I particularly enjoyed the mini tacos and egg rolls.

Terrible experience overall. They managed to mess up the eggs, which were cold and hard. I won’t be returning.

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! They will ALWAYS miss something and the employees have a NASTY ATTITUDE!!!! Also just passed by today 07.09.2023 1:45am. And was told they are closed!!! Isn't this place supposed to be open 24 hours!!!

Diane(? made our day. After getting frustrated with McD's shift supervisor, we walked out and crossed the street for Jack in the Box instead. Diane is the total opposite... she's very warm, friendly, PROFESSIONAL, and totally accommodating.We came back July 4th because of Diane. She's not around, but the manager who served us has the same demeanor... very warm, friendly, attentive, and PROFESSIONAL.We added more food to our orders because of their excellent customer management.
