The app coupons never work! I had a 15% off and the manager just said nothing she could do after I showed the cashier my code to use and he put it in wrong then told me I used it when I didn’t. Horrible customer service!!

Drive through at 4:30 seems unmanageable at the least… would recommend any other destination. Sat at drive thru order for 7 minutes in the first lane and watched 3 other vehicles from the second lane pass in front of me…. Meanwhile I was NEVER asked for my order. As a drive through critic… this is a fail. I called twice to ask for the manager and name.., she refused to give AND also refused to give me the name of the regional manager…. Total fail for customer service, managerial skills, basic common courtesy. I would say …. Message conveyed is to go to ANY other fast food restaurant.

Good food over all I would make sure it is fresh I always order my food cook to order the people are nice The kitchen is relatively clean. I would recommend for a quick bite to eat.

The never answer their phones. Always check your food before you leave. I guarantee something will be wrong with it

Spent 25.00 on the wrost food. Couldn't eat French fries. Quality poor.
