Contribuisci feedbackWell, I used the mobile app to order, which was as easy as usual. But then I got there to get my food. I pulled up to the drive thru and gave my code and pulled up to the first window. I got my receipt and pulled up to the second window. That's when it all went bad. My order was given to the person in front of me, the manager was running the window, she handed me a medium soft drink, right then I knew there was trouble with the order. I ordered 2 sausage burritos and a large caramel iced coffee with a chicken biscuit meal and added egg and cheese sauce to it. She couldn't remember the order, so I told her twice and showed her the receipt. I got an iced coffee (plain) and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, a hash brown that was more grease than hash brown. But she got the sausage burritos right, so I'll give her that. I'm probably going to my usual McDonald's in Holly from now on.
This is the friendliest McDonald’s I have ever visited. The employees here are always so thoughtful and kind.
Terrible service. I placed an order in the drive-thru. I was waiting at the pick-up window to get my food. The girl at the window said they were waiting for an egg for my sandwich. She told me to pull up, and she should bring out my meal. I waited 15 minutes along with another car. I never got my food.
I ordered my food through the app in the parking lot , some how it placed the order in clarkston. I went in waiting on my food , the manager asked have I been helped. I stated I ordered online , he said I have no online orders. I showed him my phone he noticed the mistake. The manager gave me what I ordered for free I didn’t get his name , but what a stand up guy . I really appreciated that , this rarely happens in today world . Thanks again.
This McDonald's has gone so far downhill. The service is horrible, they just throw the sandwiches together as a mess, the english muffins are always under toasted and soggy. just horrible.
