Subway - Highland

Every time I order online, there’s always something wrong with my order (like receiving no avocado when I requested double avocado, which is quite funny). The app also provides inaccurate pick-up times. Honestly, it's not worth the trouble, and I’ll be choosing a different place from now on.

They often seem completely disengaged—playing "The Real Slim Shady" loudly while a mother and her toddlers are present, or shouting over the counter to friends in the lobby. On one occasion, a female employee even flirted with me right in front of my wife. They refuse to make sandwiches as requested and have actually argued with my wife about how she wanted hers prepared, claiming, “I’m pretty sure it tastes the same regardless.” All of these incidents occurred at different times at the same store. If management doesn't appreciate customers pointing out the issues at their stores, then perhaps they should take action or find a manager who is more involved at both locations. I regret to say that I've spent a lot of money at both locations with very few positive experiences. Overall, I can't recommend eating here. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The bathrooms at this are horrifically disgusting like mold and tons of everything else. Not sure how a restaurant could be sanitary if employees are using this. Would not eat here.
