Subway - Highland

This location just lost a long-time customer. Two bad experiences in a row. The first experience was getting inedible rubbery grilled chicken in the subs. The second experience was getting subs with so little fillings it was ridiculous. They should have called it a piece of bread with onions sub since those were the dominant ingredients. Quality control obviously went out the window. I'm done with this location.

My granddaughter and I stopped by Oct 4th at about 3. Person who made the sandwiches did not speak but one word and that was to ask toasted ?. In lieu of words, he pointed to the vegetables or condiments. When wrapping the sandwich, a pepper fell out onto the counter which looked like it had not been wiped down in some time. He picked up the pepper and stuffed it back inside the sandwich. We were prompted at checkout to tip. I did not. Cashier looked put out due to lack of tip. He did not know how to process a gift e-card so I was forced to pocket the e-card for use at a Subway (not this one for sure) some other time. Bread was stale. All in all, unappetizing, unpleasant, and overpriced outing.

On Saturday 9/2 my wife and I stopped for sandwiches. She went inside and I stayed with the dog in the car. When she went to pay, the owner/manager hovered over her saying Tip? 15% You gonna leave a tip? This tipping bs has gotten out of hand!!! What am I tipping for, him doing his job? I 'm already paying for that !! Here 's a tip for him, WE WON 'T BE BACK!!!

I visited subway today to get my favourite veggie delight , our server was the nicest guy i have ever met, and the food was delicious and the service was amazing. Thank you to all subway workers for serving with love , and the place was too hygienic . Well maintained keep it up

One of the best subway i've ever been to. amazing service. staff was really nice and patient. made my sandwiches exactly how i wanted. cleanliness of the store 10/10. highly satisfied.
