The food was outstanding, earning a perfect rating of 5 stars. The Black Forest Ham Sandwich was a standout; it was flavorful and made with high-quality ingredients. The service also deserves a shout-out, as it was prompt and friendly, making the takeout experience seamless. Plus, the atmosphere of the restaurant is inviting and pleasant, creating a lovely dining environment. Highly recommend!

During my first few visits, a friendly young woman helped me as I ordered through the app to grab food for my graveyard shift. My coworkers have a fondness for the cookies, so I began ordering several dozen at a time. I usually picked up around 4:30 PM, which you might think would mean the cookies would be readily available for evening customers. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I often ended up with whatever cookies they had on hand, if any at all. This nice young lady mentioned that it takes about half an hour to bake fresh cookies. You’d think they could prepare some in advance knowing I came in several times a week for sandwiches and cookies, but that wasn’t the case. I attempted to solve this by ordering earlier with a designated pickup time, yet still no cookies were available. On my last try, I gave a full hour's notice for pick up. While I did receive the cookies this time, they weren’t fresh. If you’re looking for an overpriced, mediocre sandwich without any extras, then this is the place for you. The majority of the staff seem uninterested, and their lack of professionalism is evident in their attitude. For my most recent order, which I placed an hour ahead, I arrived to find only the sandwich prepared. No chips, no drinks, and notably, none of the crucial cookies. As I stood there, they prioritized helping new customers over fulfilling my order that had already been placed in advance. It was incredibly frustrating, and I was ready to walk out.

Came in for lunch for first time cause I'm working out here. The 3 ladies up front were very Professional and everything was nice and clean and in order. Fresh cookies and bread. We couldn't believe how clean it was. This makes my subway back look bad. Keep up the amazing work. Forsure will be back Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
