Contribuisci feedbackI went there last night during my trip and was really disappointed. The double steak cheese burrito was mostly just rice—about 90% of it! I also ordered four Dorito Locos Tacos Supreme, but they had no lettuce, no tomatoes, and barely any cheese; the amount of meat was about half of what it used to be. I ordered a cheese quesadilla as well, but it hardly had any cheese, especially on the ends. There was no indication that it’s under new ownership or management, but it's definitely not good! It used to be great, but it's no longer worth it.
In my opinion, Matthew has the potential to elevate this Taco Bell's 2.6-star Google rating (as of 10/21/2022) since he joined the team a few months ago. I have never been particularly excited to visit a fast-food restaurant due to past experiences—especially when the staff are not friends or family— but Matthew has completely changed my perspective. During my last few visits, I was greeted by Matthew in the most welcoming way. I knew that I would have nothing but the best experience as he made sure everything was perfect, even without realizing who I was. I truly haven’t met anyone quite like him, and anyone who gets to know Matthew is lucky to have him in their life. I know this might sound like high praise, but I can confidently say that Matthew is a remarkable person, and his positive impact on this restaurant is undeniable!
I have no idea how this restaurant stays in business. They seem to be in disarray, especially considering there was a crash involving a vehicle right next to the entrance. Although they advertise opening at 8, we arrived at 8:25 and they were still closed.
As someone who has worked many food service jobs (including a taco bell), it is beyond embarrassing and disappointing that the fresco option has been in the taco bell pot system for many years, but no one who works there seems to understand that it does not mean milk products. I can't eat milk or I'll get extremely sick. my knirschenwrap, which I ordered tonight, had no cheese on it, but was covered with acidic cream. it's not rocket science. How difficult is it to understand food safety and to protect its community? it is absolutely embarrassing! this Taco bell has an average rating of 2.6 and is absolutely not worth everyone time or money to eat here. I do not care whether it is a rapid food security and safety of the Community.
I’ve never actually eaten here so 1 star probably seems unfair but hear me out:I’ve been by this place a handful of times during lunch or dinner hours and it is consistently not open. On more than one occasion it appeared closed for no apparent reason. On another occasion there was a barely legible handwritten note on the door that said they were closed because they didn’t have hot water. More recently (8/17/22), I was getting my car serviced next door so I walked over to get lunch since there aren’t many other options in that area. This time drive through was open but not dine-in…no apparent reason ?. I understand that labor is probably an issue but other fast food places seem to be making it work.A quick glance at other reviews mirrors my experience. I would never make a trip here on purpose. Maybe call first to see if they’re actually open? Wish they would close down and something else that actually stays open would move in.
