We had a family birthday dinner for ten people, including four children. Nothing was too much trouble. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals, and we so very much appreciated the staff making a fuss of the "birthday boy", bringing out the desert with the candles, and leading the singing of happy birthday. We have been before and we are all looking forward to returning again. Thank you staff.
Called in after 8 on a cold Wednesday evening. Such a warm & cozy restaurant! Prompt Service which suited our 2 hungry teenage boys . My husband & I enjoyed the pumpkin risotto...delicious ✅. Music was very loud which they turned down a little when requested.
I'm a regular for dinner here with many very positive experiences, this was a first at lunch time for me . It was a strange experience -No waiter service which could reasonably expected at these prices, seafood special not available , S&P Calamari overly smothered in balsamic, and a long wait for drinks.
Two Sugars have been consistent over the last 4 years, with exceptional quality of food and service. We had one of our first dates here and return regularly for breakfast, or lunch. We especially love bringing others with us - they are always suitably impressed. Coffee is amazing! We are yet to have dinner there ... saving that for a special occasion. :) Do yourself a favour, treat yourself and your nearest and dearest to a Two Sugars brekky this long weekend.
Difficult to tell what food is offered at what time. The limited lunch menu seems a shame for what is more a café than a restaurant. Having said that, what is offered is quite good. Service a little condescending but quick.
