Champion Kebab Turkish Bakery - Hilbert

This is the first bad review that I've ever left and I'm sorry it's not for good food or service. We live about 10 mins away and my partner was getting food from next door then went there and read my simple kebab order from his phone to the cashier. Got the kebab and went home. Took a bite only to find it was full of things I hate and didn't ask for and the lamb is cold to boot. Rang them only to be told that they will only do a replacement, no mention of maybe adding something else to compensate because all I ordered was 1 kebab, sorry they did offer a small chips after I went back and confronted them. Slightly apologetic, and I say that sparingly. No free kebab for having to use my fuel again to drive all the way back for something they stuffed up. So if you order from them you're still not assured you'll get what you've ordered unless you unwrap it and check it before you leave. This is not the first time, 3rd time actually but didn't say anything about previous, but it will be the last. Good customer service is non is existent here. Took my refund and went next door to Dial-a-Snapper where I ALWAYS get what I ask for... even on a Friday night (their excuse).

Very tasty donner kebabs, spiced a bit different to other places I've been. Do recommend!

FANTASTIC Ordered 2 chicken kebabs chips Hubby asked for extra meat on his and they were both phenomenal We live over an hour away it's well worth the drive for a great kebab The staff are so friendly, looking forward to our next trip up already Thank you Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
