Meyer`s Treppchen - Hildesheim

I stumbled over this little jewel while I wandered through this pretty and historic quarter of helpdesheim. the greeting was warm, the beer cold and menu extensive. eating was mainly meat with half dozen veggie options. the mixed grill I had was really...good and very cheap at €14. overall the service was good and the experience was a joy. our party had 4 main thing including salat and lots of beer came to €70 plus a top of €10. I'll visit hildesheim next time.

The personal is very friendly, food projections are average, but suitable for the price they pay. the location is at the border of the city (can not say how far from the center). if they stay in the hotel (same building) it is right to have an evening meal. if they're going around, they might be lucky to find a better place. their choice;

Reservation seems reasonable and absolutely necessary. reservation and reception were friendly without any complaint. the menu on the internet is no longer up-to-date and the prices are partly athletic. the foods were largely o.k. - after our taste partly somewhat clear. unfortunately we felt the calculation of something majo and red sauce at the price of an eur without hint .

As well as previous visits, we were particularly impressed by the good kitchen and the delicious specialties. Meyer`s treppchen is a F ́Garant for best quality. however, it felt a timely table reservation for several people and if you find your place in the beer garden, a long evening can begin.

First you have to praise it! very tasty pfifferlings on the map, which we then chose. as an appetizer a pfifferlings cream soup, then a rumpsteak with pfifferlings. both dishes very tasty and the steak fried on the point. the service very friendly and accommodating - but the chefin has apparently heard nothing yet from gastronomy. at 21:30 she comes with a round beer, bangs the beer on the table and says: "the last round, we make dinner evening" when I wanted to start the attempt to order two snaps, she fell after the beginning of my question: may I still - with a no ins word. unbelievable! never again will I enter this locally - and my tip to all: do not go here with guests, there you can only embarrass yourself!
