This place is awesome! The food is delicious, service is brilliant, the venue is so cosy and it’s situated next to the lakes, castle and kings garden. You will not regret visiting this place, it is not a tourist trap and I do not understand the bad reviews. Enjoy! :

Nice setting but catering prepackaged food. Barely mediocre. And way too expensive for the quality.

Lovely and affordable lunch with a modern twist on Danish classics. We had the traditional lunch tray and Parisian tartare. It was decent quality and quite large portion sizes. Definitely one of the best places to go in Hillerød for the traditionel and cozy café feel.

Very mediocre food all round, but somehow still more expensive than restaurants that serve food that tastes better. I went here with other people, but for some reason they only gave us menues. What kind of restaurant only gives customers a menu? The menues are also just laminated pieces of paper. Given how expensive the food is, I really wonder where all the money is going, because it's not going to the chefs, the food or the menues.

It was perfect place to hide out during the winter days. Warm and cozy ambience. It gets usually busy there. So the orders takes a lil bit of time during their peak hours. Over all its a good one.
